  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard & express shipping via Canada Post and major carriers.
  • Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times will vary.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $99.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on decanted fragrances once an order has been shipped. We encourage you to utilize our discovery sets or smaller decant sizes to ensure satisfaction before committing to larger quantities.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will promptly assist you with a resolution.
